Common questions
Will it be installed by Christmas?
Shades and blinds take 3–5 weeks from the day you order, and shutters 6–10 weeks. The sooner we come out, the better your chances. Your lead time is in writing on your quote, and if it lands after the holidays we put up temporary shades for free.
What counts toward the 10%?
Three or more custom shades or blinds on one order, motorized included, with your consult booked by Nov 15. Shutters aren't included.
How long until my install?
3–5 weeks for blinds and shades, 6–10 weeks for shutters, counted from the day you order. It is written on your quote, and we put up temporary shades for free while you wait.
What if something doesn't fit?
Josh measures every window himself and we guarantee those measurements. If one is off, we remake it and install it again at no cost to you.
What happens to my old blinds?
Hauling them away is free. Taking them down is priced per window on your quote, so you see it before you say yes.
Is the consultation really free?
Yes. We come to you, bring the samples, measure and quote. No charge and no obligation.
